I propose a whole morning meeting of the CMBTC in the Needler Room at BIOon Sept 30th, first talking about website support issues (9:00-10:30) and then about reporting to the next CMB AGM (10:30-12:00), which would be in Dec '09. Items regarding website issues for the 1st part of the meeting can be found at http://www.marinebiodiversity.ca/cmb/groups/tc/2009/website-proposals/ . The format of this 2nd part would be like in previous meetings, that is a series of very brief presentations on CMB technical committee activities since our last report in Dec '08. This report can be found at http://www.marinebiodiversity.ca/cmb/groups/tc/2008-activities/2008-cmbtc-activity/. Victoria has kindly reserved the Needler Room for this purpose on both Wednesday, Sept 30th and Monday Sept 21. My own preferred date is Wed Sept 31. Please let me know your preference by Thur Aug 13. CMB members in general will be invited once the date has been settled. -- Yours truly Bob Branton Director of Data Management, Ocean Tracking Network, Rm 7089, Biology Bldg, Life Science Ctr (LSC), Dalhousie University, 1355 Oxford Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, B3H 4J1 Contact: work 902 494-7560; fax 902 494-1123; cell 902 225-3620; home 902 463-4857 Website: http://www.oceantrackingnetwork.org/
