Beth Cameron completed a Master's degree at Dalhousie University in the Oceanography Department in the Spring of 2003. Her thesis examined recruitment of the invasive European green crab, Carcinus maenas, on the Atlantic coast and in the Bras d'Or Lakes of Nova Scotia. Beth is currently working as a Research Assistant for Jesus Pineda of the Woods' Hole Oceanographic Institution, coordinating the Nova Scotian portion of a large scale project examining regional patterns in recruitment of the barnacle Semibalanus balanoides.
