CHONe Student Interactive Webpage Launched
A peer-to-peer webpage for CHONe students to interact on has been launched. It has useful features including live chat, individual profiles, blogs, video, and forums for discussions.

Hi CHONe Members,
As most of you already know, at the CHONe Montreal meeting a student committee was formed. It was discussed at the first student meeting that there may be a need for an interactive way for CHONe students across Canada to communicate and share information. As of now the CHONe Interactive student website is online. It is invite only from admin (myself, Cherisse Du Preez) so if you have not yet received your E-mail invite please contact me at cdupreez@uvic.ca. The site will be a continuous work in progress. It will only be as successful and useful as the number of people that utilize it so I urge you to sign in. It is a peer-to-peer platform so logging on and using the site will be directly reflected in how much information is on there. It is very much like the interface of facebook, easy and intuitive. There are many interactive wiki-based features including notes, forums for discussions, individual profiles, blogs, events, a real-time chatroom, and capabilities for uploading and playing photo slideshows and videos.
